How Do I Get My U11 Repaired Reddit

HTC U11 Repair Nightmare

7+ weeks ago, I sent an HTC U11 off for warranty repair of a cracked screen. HTC hasn't been able to track it and won't supersede the phone. A service representative told me yesterday this is a widespread issue and they have many other customers with the same experience.

Has anyone on here dealt with this successfully or know of someone at HTC that this can exist escalated to? (secretly hoping HTC keeps an center on this subreddit and can assist me)

I did. 105 days to get a replacement phone.I fabricated a video if interested.But apparently,I definitely wasn't the only one to feel this.Proceed contacting them and ask for a instance manager and ostend your level 2 of priority next time you call them.

Thanks Dav. Completely unacceptable. I'm currently communicating with a constabulary firm regarding a grade-activeness lawsuit because I think this a very widespread effect.

Mine only got delivered to their new facility. Sent it in for a faulty front camera (won't focus). This was as well a replacement phone as my original had a bad bombardment and wouldn't plough on. They also sent my replacement without a SIM tray. I hope this time I get a fully functional phone and won't accept to deal with this bullshit again. I'grand sick of using my dad's hand-me-downwardly iphone.

The front cam doesn't focus. Information technology isn't equipped with OIS or an auto focus feature. Yous pretty much agree it at arm's length to get decent shots. To shut it'll be blurry, to far away, same thing.

Why don't people only get a instance? Get A CASE. Get a clear 1 and put on screen protector.

Getting a good case and good screen protector can exist a existent challenge compared to ownership accessories for other brand and model phones.

Certainly can be inside 12 months of purchase.I wasn't charged for a never repaired phone and received a gratuitous replacement.

Perhaps not technically a warranty but phone came with ane twelvemonth of free HTC Care (or something like that).
